I thought this would be a good time to rewatch this gem. Fun fact: this is the only movie in the Halloween franchise that doesn’t have Michael Meyers in it. This film instead centers around a dead man, the dead man’s daughter and a doctor who are looking for the killer, and some ugly yet freaky Halloween masks. All the kids want the masks….but little do they know that everyone wearing the mask who watches the Halloween special put on by the mask maker will die as ritual sacrifices.

All things considered, this is actually a pretty good movie. Mind you, it’s a little slow…but it is entertaining. The plot keeps you guessing. I never would have thought at first that the entire factory is run by humanoid robots OR that the prize-winning family were robots. They all seemed so lifelike (probably because they were played by people 😂🤣). If you are expecting a gory slasher flick, I wouldn’t recommend this movie. However, if you are looking for something kid-friendly (ignore that R rating) that still has some good scares and gross-out factors, this is definitely the movie for you!

I will absolutely be watching this movie again.
