I love quirky people. Miss Meadows is definitely quirky. She believes all people should be good…and kills the ones who aren’t. But it’s okay to be a vigilante killer if you are only killing bad people who hurt people, right?

I can honestly say that, while I am not normally a fan, Katie Holmes did a fantastic job in this movie. Miss Meadows is a quirky, tap shoe and retro dress wearing, soft-spoken, elementary school substitute teacher. She cannot abide bad people, so when she finds one, she pulls her little pistol out of her purse and shoots them.

She has the unfortunate luck of falling in love with a police officer….who happens to be investigating a vigilante serial killer. I’m not going to go into detail about the murders or the dating because I really think you need to watch this one for yourself. On their wedding day, Miss Meadows goes to find the flower girl who has been taken by a pedophile who is also taken with Miss Meadows. Her secret is no longer a secret when her husband-to-be finds her in a rather compromising, murderous position.

Will love win, or has Miss Meadow’s luck run out? Watch and find out.
